Lake Orlovskoye is rich in fish. There are white amur, crucian carp, walleye, roach in it. There are also asp, carp and catfish. But the main trophy of catfish is carp.  In winter, fishermen often catch bream. Reeds grow along the shores of the reservoir. Rare plant species grow near the lake. For example, Alpine puffer
